Nadeem is an experienced Integrative Counsellor and psychotherapist, dedicated to helping individuals on their journey to mental and emotional wellness. Nadeem earned his MSc from the esteemed University of Derby, a testament to his academic excellence and commitment to the field of counselling. He is proudly acknowledged as a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), signifying his dedication to upholding the utmost ethical standards and professional excellence in his practice.

Nadeem’s approach to counselling is comprehensive and deeply empathetic. He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and humanistic therapy into his practice, ensuring a tailored and effective approach for each individual. With a rich background working in the secondary wellbeing team of the NHS and various private counselling centres in the UK, he has extensive experience dealing with a wide array of mental health conditions from trauma and addiction to relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and OCD.
